SHORT-TERM DECLARATION OF VOLUME AND PRICE 2024
This type of the declaration applies to the customers with monthly purchase of fuels and ETO (light fuel oil) of 50 cbm minimum. The customer schedules the purchase of various types of products by months while applying a selected % deviation that guarantees availability of the products throughout the term of the declaration. The customer shall select parameters of the declaration based on which the amount of an individual price component will be calculated (discount from UIC). The customer may obtain further discounts in line with the provisions of the contract and under terms and conditions declared by ORLEN Unipetrol RPA. The contract includes an option to terminate it.
The parameters of the short-term declaration selected by the customer:
Duration of the contract – time period from 1 to 12 months with the contract force ending in December 2024
Monthly volume of each product (BA, NM, and ETO)
Dispatch terminals where the customer requires the product to be taken from.
Volume tolerance that defines a potential deviation from purchase/delivery of the products specified in the declaration, and refers to the up as well as down deviation. The tolerance selected by the customer applies to both parties to the contract.
Maturity of tax invoices, where if a credit limit is provided, the customer may define maturity from the date of dispatch of the products. An advance payment shall only be offered to a customer without the credit limit provided.

FLEXIBLE DECLARATION OF VOLUME AND PRICE 2024
A flexible declaration applies to customers with monthly purchase of 20 cbm minimum and 200 cbm maximum, who need to be more flexible in their purchases, but desire some form of a guarantee for their products to be delivered. The volume of products is arranged without necessity of regular monthly purchases with an option to increase the volume up to 200% of the annual contractual liability. The liability is of a longer nature for 12 or 24 months. The customer may select contract parameters of the declaration based on which the amount of an individual price component will be calculated (discount from UIC).
The parameters of the Flexible declaration selected by the customer:
Duration of the contract – period of 12 or 24 months
Annual volume of each product (BA, NM, and ETO)
Dispatch terminals where the customer requires the product to be taken from.
Maturity of tax invoices, where if a credit limit is provided, the customer may define maturity from the date of dispatch of the products. An advance payment may only be offered to a customer without the credit limit provided.
Delivery terms FCA or CPT according to Incoterms 2020
New customers may try the declaration in the course of a trial period.
A customer may not use multiple contracts in the same period of time.
